Fram is an adorable, gorgeous, fluffy bundle of joy. But for some reason, someone didn’t like him. Howl of a Dog found him wandering by the side of a busy road. Thankfully, nothing terrible happened to him.
Rescue workers were on their way home when they spotted the 6-month-old puppy walking beside a busy highway. He was a few meters away from the road, where speeding vehicles kept passing by. Worried he might get into an accident, the rescuers rushed to save him.
While Fram didn’t show any sign of aggression, the rescuers knew it’s best to give him time to get used to their presence. They didn’t want to spook him away. So they waited a while until the puppy was comfortable enough with them.
About an hour later, Fram allowed his rescuer to approach him. He realized they were there to help. In an instant, the rescuers realized he’s one sweet boy because he shook the hands of his rescuers as a way of thanking them.
At the hospital, Fram received a much-needed bath to help remove the ticks and fleas hiding under his fur. He also tested positive for Demodex mange, so they started him on medicated shampoos. Almost instantly, the adorable puppy felt so much better.
It didn’t take long, and Fram transformed into a healthy, happy puppy. He is energetic, playful, and can be naughty at times, too. He is friends with other dogs and is also so gentle with kittens.
Fram’s sweet personality is the reason why he didn’t have to stay long at the rescue center. After Howl of a Dog shared his rescue video, a beautiful family immediately fell in love with him. And before he knew it, everything was set for him to leave.
From Romania to the Netherlands, Fram traveled a distance of about a thousand miles to meet his new family. Adam and Emma, his new mom and dad, adopted another dog named Buzu from the organization a few years back. Together, they all welcomed Fram into their family.
